SOULMATE — Safety & Community Rules

Purpose: To create a safe, respectful and meaningful environment for genuine human connection.
Introduction
Soulmate is built on trust, authenticity and emotional responsibility. These Safety & Community Rules exist to protect our users, prevent harm, and ensure a culture of meaningful and respectful interaction. By using Soulmate, you agree to follow these rules as a condition of using the app.
1. Core Principles
1.1. Treat others with respect and dignity.
1.2. Keep your communication honest and constructive.
1.3. Take responsibility for your actions and words.
1.4. Help keep the Soulmate community safe by using Report when needed.
1.5. Never use Soulmate to mislead, exploit or harm others.
2. Age Requirement
2.1. You must be 18 years or older to use Soulmate.
2.2. Accounts of underage users will be removed immediately.
2.3. Attempting to misrepresent your age will result in permanent suspension.
3. Real Identity & Authenticity
3.1. Use only real photos of yourself — no avatars, celebrities, or AI-generated faces.
3.2. Do not impersonate other people or create fake identities.
3.3. You may not use someone else’s photos or identity.
3.4. Profiles must reflect truth about who you are—no deepfakes, false locations, or misleading claims.
4. Respectful Communication
4.1. Harassment, insults, bullying, or shaming are prohibited.
4.2. Manipulative behavior, gaslighting or emotional abuse is not tolerated.
4.3. Hate speech based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality or appearance is prohibited.
4.4. Respect personal boundaries—consent is essential in all communication.

10.2. These insights are informational only and are not psychological or medical advice.
10.3. AI does not make decisions for you. You remain fully responsible for your choices.
11. Reporting & Blocking
11.1. Use Report to notify us of rule violations.
11.2. Use Block to immediately stop communication.
11.3. Abusive users will be removed to protect the community.
11.4. False reports may lead to account review or suspension.
12. Moderation & Enforcement
12.1. Soulmate uses manual moderation led by the Trust & Safety Team.

- Blackmail, extortion or coercion
- Fraud, financial scams or crypto schemes
- Spam, promotions or unsolicited advertising
- Sharing another person’s private information (doxxing)
- Encouraging self-harm or risky behavior
- Stalking or obsessive harassment
- Multi-accounting or bypassing bans
6. Prohibited Content
6.1. Soulmate does not allow:
- NSFW content, nudity or sexual materials
- Pornography or erotic services
- Prostitution, escort or sexual solicitation
- Sexual roleplay or explicit chat
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Extreme violence or gore
- Deepfake or manipulated media

Some topics are not allowed due to safety risks:
- Extremism, terrorism, organized violence
- Political or ideological radicalization
- Hate groups or discrimination
- Suicide encouragement or self-harm promotion
- Misinformation or harmful conspiracy content
- Services violating law (money schemes, weapon sales, identity fraud)
